MDrive? motor+driver Technology leading integrated MDrive products are compact, powerful, easy to use and low cost and can reduce machine cost, size and time-to-market. Choose from MDrive Plus with rotary motors, MDrive Linear Actuators, and MDrive AccuStep? products with revolutionary new control technology. Discrete drivers Ranging from +12 to +80 VDC and 1.5 to 9 Amps, IMS offers half/full step and microstepping drivers and systems in panel mounted and PCB mounted styles. Drivers include: MForce, MicroLYNX, IB and IM series. Stepping motors IMS offers 1.8° enhanced hybrid stepping motors with higher torque output than conventional hybrid stepping motors. Motor size, stack length, single or double shaft, encoder and planetary gearbox are all selectable to choose the best motor configuration for your motion application. Power supplies Designed to operate with IMS drivers, both unregulated linear power supplies and switch mode power supplies are available. These power supplies range from 40 to 75 Volts and 2 to 6 Amps. Motion ICs A high degree of integration in the Motion ICs from IMS can significantly reduce design time as well as driver size for high volume OEM products. The IM2000S is a high performance microstepping controller monolithic IC. The M3000 microcontroller is a complete motion control system on a chip.
